An initial conversation to understand the mandate, the project, the sponsor team, and the desired capital structure. We assess fit and feasibility honestly. If we're not the right partner, we'll say so.
02 Structuring
We design the funding structure and identify the funding partners most likely to deliver on the terms required, whether that's an Australian senior lender, a mezzanine partner, a joint venture co-investor, or an international institutional partner.
03 Execution
We manage the funding partner relationship through due diligence, data room, documentation, and conditions precedent. Clear governance, regular updates, defined timelines.
04 Settlement & beyond
We close. Post-settlement, we remain involved through asset management and exit-strategy planning, including transition to mainstream funding once the project has stabilised, where appropriate.
