Adam founded AKR Finance after a long career in banking, including senior client-facing and credit roles with major Australian institutions.
That banking background sits behind every loan file: applications prepared the way lenders want to see them, structured to give clients the best chance of approval, on terms that fit their goals.
Over the years, AKR Finance has grown beyond residential broking.
Today the practice serves clients across the full lending spectrum, from first-home buyers and self-employed borrowers through to property investors, business owners, developers, and sophisticated capital clients.
Adam established AKR Capital to handle the specialist end of that work, development and construction finance for Australian sponsors, alongside global capital partnerships for family offices and institutional groups.
Both sides of the practice share the same principles: clarity, considered structure, and long-term relationships.
Adam is based on the Gold Coast and works with clients across Australia.
He is a Credit Representative of Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd.

Meet Stevie
Operations Manager · Client & Lender Liaison
Stevie manages operations and lender liaison at AKR Finance. She brings calm precision to every file, preparing documentation, working with lenders through the approval and settlement process, and keeping clients informed at every stage.
For most clients, Stevie is the second voice on the file, the person who keeps things moving once the structure has been agreed. Her attention to detail is a core part of why AKR Finance applications settle smoothly.
